Women’s Study Sign Up

Go Haiti 2010
Looking for a great way to get out of your comfort zone and serve people? We are putting together a team to take to Heartline Ministries in Haiti November 5–13. For more information, contact Allison.
Haiti Golf Tournament
The 1st Annual Haiti Golf Tournament will be September 26 at Indian Tree Golf Course. Join us as we seek to provide housing, medical assistance, and education to the earthquake ravaged city of Port-au-Prince. The cost is $80 per golfer with a 2 p.m. shotgun start. There will be a silent auction and dinner immediately following. Contact Joel Thomas for more information.
Moms In Touch

Precept Bible Study
We will start a Precept Upon Precept Bible Study in Revelation on September 14 from 6:45–8:15 p.m. in the Fireside Room. This study is titled “What is the Sign of His Coming and of the End of the Age.” Contact Laura Shaffer at 303-422-2379 for more information.
Church Picnic
The church picnic will be on September 19 and we are asking every family with last names starting A–M to bring a side dish and names starting with N–Z to bring a dessert. If you are bringing one of your recipes from the new Foothills Cookbook, we are going to have a “cook off” for the best dish. Please let us know at the picnic so we can mark those items for the contest. We will also have cookbooks for sale at the picnic.
Lose It for Life
Lose It for Life is a weekly ministry meeting to get at the bottom of why we over-feed our bodies instead of going to God with our struggles. We meet on Tuesdays, starting with an informational meeting September 14, at the Fitness Center. Start time is 6:45 p.m. to walk the indoor track or 7 p.m. for the meeting.
